As Founder and President of LME Consulting Group and LME Capital Advisors LLC, I coach companies on capital raising strategies and perform corporate valuations, benchmarking analysis, and NDA based confidential investor outreach for exit planning purposes.
I have more than 20-years of investment and commercial banking experience at global financial institutions such as UBS Investment Bank and Mizuho Securities USA LLC, where I developed an expertise in financial statement, cash flow and credit risk analysis, balance sheet risk mitigation strategies, debt underwritings, capital structure solutions, acquisition financings, financial modeling, and corporate valuations.
In addition to my experience in banking, I served as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee at the South Salem Presbyterian Church. My responsibilities included managing a $500 million endowment fund that supported the church’s day-to-day operations and short- and medium-term financial health. I oversaw the church’s banking relationships, directed capital-raising initiatives to support major capital projects, and negotiated contractual agreements.
I hold a dual Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Master of Science in Finance degree from Northeastern University and Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Hofstra University, as well as several professional certifications including FINRA Series 63 and 79 securities licenses.
I am a senior social work and human services professional with over 35 years of experience advising and supporting organizations that serve children, families, and seniors. My background spans community-based, and institutional environments, where I have contributed to program design, service optimization, policy implementation, and cross-sector collaboration. I bring deep subject-matter expertise in culturally responsive and compliance-driven service delivery.
As a special advisor and consultant to LME Consulting and LME Capital Advisors LLC, I offer a strategic and analytical approach to strengthening organizational effectiveness, improving operational workflows, and enhancing client outcomes. I have extensive experience working with multidisciplinary teams, leadership stakeholders, and community partners to assess needs, mitigate risk, and implement sustainable solutions. My work is guided by ethical leadership, accountability, and a commitment to measurable impact.
